■ The operation of Cash on Delivery (e-collect) will be completed by Sagawa Express, and the costomer must pay by cash or credit card charge.

■ To deliver to far regions like Okinawa, the shipping might take about 1 week to reach.

■ Some of products might not be appropriated for Cash on Delivery, in the case, please use either bank wire transfer or postal transfer to make your payment.

■ In the case, some product you ordered is out of our stock or sellout, we will send the package, when we ready all products you ordered. Please let us know, if you need partial shippment.

■ If you would like to send your packages to more than two places, please separate your order for each place. Each shipping fee will be calculated and charged as separately for each area.

■ If the package was rejected to receive by a reason from the customer, shipping fees will cost extra charge.

About shipping and handling

■ Currently, we do not accept any international shipping. We do only domesitc shipping.

■ Please note that we do not accept cancelation after shipping.

■ Cash on Delivery (e-collect) is operated by Sagawa Express. All payments including prices of products you ordered, shipping fee, and Cash on Delivery service fee must be paid by cash or credit card, when the package is arrived.

■ We deliver right after we confirm your payment to our bank account, when you made your payment by bank wire transfer or postal transfer. For Cash on Delivery (e-collect), we ship your package as soon as we confirm your order.

All deliveries will be completed, when we have checked all confirmations of either your payment (for bank wire transfer or postal transfer) or your order (Cash on Delivery) until 12p.m (during morning) between Monday and Friday. For all confirmations after 12p.m, we will ship on next day (if the confirmation was made after 12p.m on Friday, the shipping will be first day from holidays

In terms of orders during Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays, we ship your package next day from holidays. When your order was sellout or out of stock, we will contact you right way by either phone or e-mail.
